Fees and Insurance

Fees:

$250 per 50-minute individual therapy session
$275 per 60-minute couple or family therapy session

Please contact me about extended session fees (sessions 75-90 min), as well as options for sliding scale.

I accept checks and all major credit cards. I use Ivy Pay to process cards. It works with credit, debit, HSA and FSA cards. It’s HIPAA-secure, keeps our therapy confidential and makes payment easy for you and me.

Cancelation Policy:

Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you must cancel your therapy session, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to avoid paying the full cost of the appointment.

Insurance:

If your health insurance allows you to choose an out-of-network provider, as most PPO plans do, I can provide you with a statement to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Check with your insurance company to verify coverage for out-of-network providers and rates of reimbursement.
