Women’s Health
Womens Health
I provide a relational, person-centered approach when supporting women with their gender specific mental health concerns. I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic tools, including; ACT, DBT, and Mindfullness. I believe in holistic whole-person treatment, and am happy to coordinate care with your physicians or other health care providers when appropriate. Psychoeducation on movement, nutrition, and boundary setting or assertiveness are at the core of much of this work.
Some of the concerns I work on with women:

Shame
Emotional impact of hormonal related issues (PCOS)
Pregnancy stress and well-being
Postpartum Depression, Anxiety and related disorders
